Honestly, I'm not sure, everyone talks around the code but never actually mentions it. From what I've heard my car (2001) is the least likely year to come up with the CEL but it's still possible. Here's a thread where JPI is guaranteeing to install them with no CEL. Someone is supposedly testing it out as we speak
