i got a ticket once just get a bogus reciet and theyll wave the fine ..worked for me. now i show em my pba card.

Sem, try to use your PBA card on Jamaica Ave (Gertz Mall) around 5:30, they have a 'checkpoint' there everyday when I'm coming home from work and they will not accept PBA cards or badges at all. They were actually confiscating the cards (technically the cards belong to the PBA so this is legal). They are pure d*ckheads at that spot.
