Got a ticket, had to remove it. Before i took all the tint off i decided to cut out some designs, thought it would be intresting. Drove it around for a day got some funny reactions from people.no more tints now i feel naked and normal with no tints infront.

you shouldve just went to a tint shop and asked them for a receipt showing you "removed" your tint. wouldve had to pay them a lil bit though. thats what a few people i know did.

im suprised they didnt get you for your plate. how dark was your tint, my uncle has limo tint all around in his SUV but he never got pulled over

 

We in Illinois have our Tint ***** too! I know the feeling!!

But those designs are kewl tho!! And a lot better then the dripping from the top design.

 

I wana say around 25% transparent. The CHP correction officer did mention your not allowed to bend the plates i got lucky didn't have to fix it.

 

damn only 25% thats crazy, did he have any other reasons for pulling you over?

 

i was at a stop light jumped to 40 mph after the green speed limit is 35. the lane to my right didn't have a car the cop got a green and keeped its momentum. so by the time i got to 40 i was side by side with the cop. When i was pulled over he keeped saying i wanted to race him which i didn't he was just on my blind spot when i looked. It was at night.
