Sorry for the short notice all, but here is the info for an event my team and I got to every year. We ran into some problems with getting the car ready for the event, but we'll still be there supporting all our friends.

hey Cherplex, im planing on going to the harrisburg meet unless work pages me. Im down for something friday to its what ever just let me know.

 

I just got home from Hyperfest. I stopped through late in the day, and caught up with Benji and his crew....just in time to see the drifting competition which was very impressive. It's a fun event for sure, and it allows you to give your car some track time...or some drift time.

Benji couldn't make it, but PJ had his car, and had entered it into the Luxury Class division of the car show...and of course Benji's car won. It looks so perfectly VIP that it's a shoo-in. Big azz trophy was sitting in the passenger seat when I got there. Sucks that I missed it.

A similar event called the TimeAttack is happening August 5th weekend at Summit Point, and it's for the upscale cars...like Lexuses, Bimmers, Porches and beyond. LOTS of tuners will be there with their project cars for some track time, and for some car show time. PJ and I are definitely planning on being there for that event on the 5th...and I actually might put my big ol Lex on the track for a little fun.

OK, I'm tired now. More details later. (PJ and his crew stayed the night...'cause there's more stuff tomorrow!)

Kevin, it was good to see you again. When we have our drift car ready we'll get u a ride along on track .

And about that Aug 5/6 event. Should be pretty fun. Lots of big names in the performance industry will be there competing as well as many luxury/sports car owners. everyone should check it out. we should all have a pre-meet and cruise in

PJ, Ben-- congratulations on the win. Never was a fair fight though. That Q shuts down anything it sits next to. LOL!!!!!

Kevin-- TRACK TIME?????!!!!!! LOOK OUT EVERYONE, THE KING OF THE 10 SECOND BURNOUT IS GONNA BURN UP THE TRACK AS WELL!!!! Man that's gonna be a sight to see. The GS is already a beast as it is. Just make sure someone gets it on video. Only thing more odd would be my LS tracking it out there LOL!!!! (No she aint ready for the track, so don't even think of asking) LOL!!!!! Now that truly would be funny!!!!!!
