I need to hear some ideas about where to have our May 20th meet. I called the park near AC but we have to be insured and it's a bunch of paper work. Does anyone local know of a good spot. I need to get a location down ASAP got about 5 weeks.
I spoke with Ranger from SF he said we are more than welcome to join his meet on the same date@EShift.

The law requires a special events permit where twenty or more people will be present. Even School picnics, birthday parties, and field days all require a special events permit in city parks. Hopefully the Jersey guys can come up with a parking lot somewhere.
