i took this off my 2006 Lexus GS300 before i sold it works great on my Iphone 6 you just need the 30 pin to lightning adapter you can see in the pics. heres the specs.

This interface connects and iPod Classic, Nano, iPhone, or iTouch directly to your Lexus / Toyota audio system with the following features:
◦Connects iPod's audio output directly to car audio system for optimal sound quality playback.
◦Allows for the playing of music stream such as Pandora from iPhone or iTouch
◦Displays artist names and song title on radios equipped with TEXT or TITLE button
◦Retains factory satellite receiver
◦Offers two ways to access iPod music, namely, Direct Mode and Playlist Mode
