Description:
2010 460L, smokey granite mica exterior with black leather interior. 151k miles, I'm still occasionally driving this car on longer road trips for work so will communicate updated mileage. I've owned this car for 6 years and put about 80k miles on it since I purchased. I just found a deal on a newer car that I couldn't pass up so I no longer need this. I've owned an LS400, LS430, and now this LS460 and the 460L has been my favorite LS. I'll miss this one.
Roughly 3 months after I bought the car I was rear ended at a stoplight. I took the car to the highest end body shop in central FL (authorized to repair Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, etc) and it came out amazingly. If you refuse to buy a car that has an accident history, you can stop reading but you'll be missing out on a fantastic car. Keep in mind I put roughly 80k miles on it after this occurred and kept it 5 1/2 years... I can assure you the car drives perfectly, I wouldn't have kept it otherwise and I wouldn't have kept investing money in the car as outlined below. This 460L (which has 5 extra inches of rear legroom compared to a standard 460) does NOT have air suspension...a very good thing in my opinion as it's an expensive thing to replace. It has Mark Levinson, heated rear seats, heated/cooled front seats, rear privacy shade, rear privacy shades on both rear passenger windows. The rear seats do NOT recline or massage; that is not how this particular LWB is equipped.
In the past 2 years, I've done a ton of maintenance to it - anyone who understands these cars will realize I've addressed just about every single thing that becomes problematic. In just the last 9 months I've invested over $6,000 and done the following:
- Replaced all 4 tires - brand new Continental Extreme Contact 245/45/ZR19 that have less than 3,000 miles on them ($1,200)
- Front forward control arms replaced May 25, 2022 ($1,400 repair)
- Motor mounts and Transmission mounts replaced Aug 17, 2022. The LS is so quiet, still and smooth with these brand new mounts. Just like when it rolled off the showroom floor. ($2,700 repair)
- Oxygen sensor, Air Fuel Ratio Sensor replaced Dec 13, 2022 ($935 repair)
- Spark plugs replaced at roughly 135k miles
- Full transmission fluid service by Lexus certified mechanic at roughly 135K miles
- Rear control arms replaced
- Entire interior panels replaced under ZLZ warranty program. No sticky panels. Interior is effectively brand new
- Brake actuator replaced under Lexus warranty program at 100k miles.
There are some scrapes and scratches on the car - some of which I believe will come out with a good detail. Other scratches won't come out, those are on the left side of the car from the gas tank to the middle of the rear passenger door. They are not visible until you are about 10 feet from the car. Also reflected in asking price.
I feel like this is the deal of a lifetime on a car that rides like brand new based on the investments I've made. I've priced the car appropriately given it has an accident on the record and that there are some scratches on the car. Searching Autotrader, this would be the least expensive LS460L of similar mileage in the country. And you can rest easy knowing all of the repairs and maintenance that have been done on this. It's a fantastic car.
I'm located in Jupiter, FL. About 15 miles from Palm Beach airport.
This shows the sun shades that go up with button push for the rear passenger windows.

Interior pics have been added within the reply thread. I can't figure out how to get them added to the listing itself.
