Did you see this one? https://www.clublexus.com/forums/market/942582
Good luck - took me about 2 years to find one without issues. Almost bit the bullet and bought new but finally found "the one".
Here's a certified '16 Molten / Black. I don't know anything about it but they don't come up often in that spec:

Thanks, I spoke with them about that car last week. They’re not budging on price and it shows an accident in Autocheck (but clean Carfax for some reason). I think it’s priced high for a ‘16, and they even raised the price $1k a few days into the listing. They can keep it.
Almost bought a ‘17 yesterday in the same exact spec with 14k miles. I called to leave a deposit and the car sold under my nose during that same phone call.
It’s been a pretty entertaining search so far. Sooner or later the right car will come along. Hopefully before I throw in the towel and buy an M5 😜

Lexus of Valencia has had this "new" 2019 Atomic / Red car forever. It has 3,000 demo miles on it. There is no way they are getting 80 for it as advertised.
Looks to be one of the specs you're interested in:

They would need to drop the price on that by 20k and it should sell. There are a few "corporate" cars floating around with similar mileage, usually in the 60s. It's pretty obvious that most are track cars, can even tell by the tire wear. Some end up with Lexus dealers and get CPO'd anyway. Not that there's anything wrong with that, I'm sure they are okay. Just interesting that they get 3-4k miles over a few months and then are promptly dumped at the auction. It's always the same pattern. Then some dealer overpays for them, tries to sell 8-10k higher, they end up sitting for 6+ months and eventually either go back to the auction, or the dealer takes a 5-10k loss on them. The unfortunate reality of luxury car sales.

"Corporate fleet" could mean a number of things and not necessarily tracked cars. Like you indicated it would be more telling if the service history indicates tire or brake replacement after a few thousand miles. Hope you find a nice one soon !
Thanks! A couple near misses of fresh trade-ins in the last week, so things are looking better than expected. Let's see what Mr. TrevorR says about his blue 2017. Auctions are mostly overpriced at the moment due to low inventory, but expecting to see good deals later in the year. Just wouldn't want to drive my wife crazy by spending all my spare time on car research.
I think some of the corporate fleet cars are "executive" cars. Saw a brand new 2020 GS F at my local dealer, parked in one of the side lots, still with stickers on. Someone said it was a car waiting to be picked up by a company executive. Assuming someone working for Lexus, but didn't ask. And definitely not worried about the 1-year old track cars with 3-4k miles on them. The cars are overbuilt, so some track miles during press events and such wouldn't be a big deal. Unless they were part of a proper racing school (Skip Barber used to have IS-Fs), in which case brake/tire changes wouldn't show on the history because they are swapped at the track, and those cars would be driven pretty hard, but not sure that the school would want to recycle them so frequently.
