I think the hesitation is that most cannot trade a car in through a private sale such as in a dealership and need to secure their own financing, but the latter is quite easy nowadays.

Could be, but they're super clean at the moment and I've yet to clean them. Lexus leather is coated with a protective film, just use woolite and done.
What are some good methods to keeping those looking brand new? Also if you don't mind me asking, are you just going to hold on to the vehicle until it sells or do you have a deadline in mind?

They look brand new now and I have not cleaned them since July 2019.
Car is paid off so I'm not paying interest on it. If I end up moving prior to selling it, I'll put it in my buddies garage until it sells. I currently drive it about twice a week to get fluids up to operating temp and to prevent flat spots in tires.
