Shifting/shuffling under steering wheel now engine, traction control & VSC lights on.

New to the forums. I'm not super well versed in cars so I'm at a loss at how this could have happened. I was driving like usual and started hearing shifting noises under the steering wheel. Thought it was just wires rattling then a bit later it shifted/shuffled a bunch of times and all the lights came on. Looked up some stuff and tightened the gas cap out of desperation; nothing of course. Shifting noises continued throughout the entire drive until I got home. Now that I've parked it's stopped. Also noticed my air con isn't blowing as hard as usual and lately it's been blowing hot, could that be part of it? I "refreshed it" when I first got the car about 8 months ago. I haven't had a chance to get my oil changed in about 2 weeks since the light came on (not driving every day) due to a lack of money but I can afford it now, could that also be part of it?? The weather here has been changing drastically as well, going from 4 degrees F to today at 67 degrees F. My last Lexus ("09 IS250) had random issues pop up and resolve themselves and part of me hopes this happens again. Any advice is really appreciated.
