Exclamation Replaced Steering Wheel -> Dashboard Lights

Hello!

I recently replaced my steering wheel with an aftermarket one and now whenever I start the car I get a lot of dashboard lights. A few I can remember are the ABS, Traction Control, Parking Assist, and Collision Warning. I've noticed that I cannot use my HOLD Parking Brake and whenever I press any of the buttons (traction control, parking assist, collision) it gives me the warning of saying it malfunctioned. The car is the newest IS 350 if that helps. I was wondering what could be the issue internally and how could I fix it? Let me know if you need anymore information, first timer here. Any help is appreciated!

If there are warning lights then there are codes.
Likely all the codes will tell you the same thing...what the issue/defective part is.
It could be the steering angle sensor as mentioned above or the spiral cable.
You won't know until you retrieve the codes.
