I have a 2010 Lexus IS250 that is in beautiful condition. I recently bumped into a rock and damaged the paint on the front bumper. I have four estimates from auto body shops. Three of the four shops recommended repairing the bumper (repainting), but one shop recommends replacing it with a new bumper cover. There are no dents to the bumper, just paint damage. However, on the bottom edge the scrapes are pretty deep. Is it better to repaint or replace the bumper cover? I want it to look perfect afterward. (The color is Pearl White.)
