Default radiator hose replacement 90 LS

I need to replace the top (main) radiator hose. Does anyone know if I should expect there to be coolant in the hose when the car is completely cold? In other words, should I be prepared with rags to catch the spill?

Thanks,
Mike

Yes, it will be some coolant spill out when you remove the top radiator hose. Probably about 1 qt or you can drain the coolant out a little bit.

Thanks for the tip--in that case, I should have some coolant on hand to replenish. What's the best (cheapest) source of Toyota coolant?
