For the the past three years, whenever the AC kicks on in our '98 ES-300, there is a "clickety click" sound emitting from the AC. Apparently, it's a noisy AC clutch -- must sound like a wind-up toy to passersby. It seems, our old Honda Prelude made a silmilar rattling noise for years, and never failed.

Are other Lexus owners experiencing this clattering-clutch. If so, has anyone had it repaired? How much? Is there any ham letting it rattle ?
