Does it need to change the cam belt?

My car is Lexus IS300h 2014 with 112000 miles. Does it need to change the cam belt?

Read your owner's manual. All change intervals are written there.

Your engine has a timing chain, not a belt. So no, you don't have to change a timing belt.
