Antenna Mast replacement IS covered under CPO
Follow up to my complaint that my stuck antenna mast (antenna motor OK) cost me $193 at my Lexus dealer to replace. The dealer said it wasn't covered under CPO.
In checking Lexus' website, under CPO warranty comparisons, accessories are shown as covered for both new and CPO Lexus cars. Soooooo..... I called Lexus customer service and asked them to investigate. In less than 24 hours, a rep from my dealer calls to apologize for the error and says they'll promptly send me a check in the full amount. He said his interest was also peaked by the observation of how the website shows the new and CPO warranty comparisons.
I'm much happier now !!
