My car wouldn't start this morning. I thought it was bad battery and I was able to jump start. There are two issues while driving.

1) Power steering warning light comes and when it in on steering becomes very stiff
2) Speedometer needle goes crazy(jumps between 0 to the speed I'm at)
Could this be a battery issue, alternator or power steering system failure?
