Transmission Wire Valve Body Harness Checking IS250 Shift Problems.
How does one check the wire of a transmission harness?
Specifically Is250 06 if applicable part number 8212550070 should work with A760E A760H A960E
Im haveing the wont shift past 3rd in limp or safety mode problems.
Already changed the SLU and TCC solenoids. Which may have Only addressed a Torque Converter Code initially.
Left with Code P0761 Solenoid C stuck off and sometimes P2714 ( intermittent)
Iv head someone said to change the harness or wire because it sits under the AC and can cause problems? Iv used techstream to initiate each solenoid. I know the connection isnt completely severed but could be comprimised.
While changing the solenoids I checked the resistance of each solenoid. If I am able to access the harness connector I can probably read each resistance value with a Chart if anyone has the pinout. I would ofcourse take in consideration that the wires themselves would add to the resistance of each reading. However the values were all very similar so I wouldn't think anything unless I saw a big jump in value.
Next would be to change out the C solenoid ( already ordered waiting on it)
Also to check the speed sensors as if bad data was input i would get bad performance output.

Iv done some extensive write ups.
Sad to say. It didnt fix my issue. I also tried this stuff called Lucas Stop Leak.
It made it shift different. I cant say better or worse yet but different.
I have some other theories as a untrained mechanic if you wanna hear it but nothing factual all speculation.
