Has anyone ordered parts for their Lexus from irontoad.com? They have very good prices, so i was just wondering if they are reliable and products new?

Excellent place. Placed an order, parts shipped the same day. Got them less than 24 hours later (from PA to NY). It's really difficult to get them on the phone though if the part is not listed and you want to order right away.

 

Ordered from them couple of times, great service. OEM arrived on time.
Definitly will do it again.

 

OEM products... no problem with delivery. Communication was a little sparse.
I got email's telling me they had received order (Monday), and when they shipped (Thursday), but they didn't send shipping tracking info... which would have been nice.

Oh well, great price, and I wasn't in a rush, they arrived 7 days later.

Order away.
