Ok guys, Where is the air filter (cabin) for a 1998 ES300? I have looked behind the glove box and nothing. I have looked on the floor my "gas" pedal and nothing. What am I missing? Anyone know for sure? Anyone have any pictures on what to look for?

 

take up the carpet behind the gas pedal. there should be a hatch in the floor/firewall.
Do a search. sometime between now and last November (when I joined), there was a very detailed post of how to get to it, access the filter, replace and close.

Try that and nothing. All I see it a on the right on the pedal is a white plastic cover that has nothing behind it.
