Default Nav screen outer cover (Bezel)

Has this happen to anyone's 2014 + IS? do you think the dealer would fix or replace under warranty?

I only use lens wiping towel to clean the screen and dust with makeup brushes.

it looks like the cover is slowly coming off.

the discoloration right next to the gear symbol
