Any fix for this?
1) You could get a free replacement from the dealership since there is a TSB out for it. I had mine done last month. (Hopefully your vehicle is still under warranty)
2) Remove the protective coating like rune suggested
3) Replace the entire nav screen yourself for $2100 (geezus christ) - according to my service receipt part number 86110-53022... pretty sure theres an external cover screen for ~$90 part number 86110-53022-EX out there somewhere though...

RageRacer is correct, there is a tsb out for it..and unless I’m mistaken, it should be covered even if out of warranty as it was a defective application of the anti-glare coating at the factory. Just had mine replaced on my RC 350 f sport no questions asked, free of charge.Good luck

Do the new replacement parts still have the same problem?
In EU the dealer said that it would not be replaced for free since I'm out of factory warranty and it isn't covered by the extended warranty either. The screen cover is ~110€ though, so not too expensive. Will replace it myself when the scratches get worse.

Just did mine last week. There are existing threads with loads of info, but here is what I did.
That anti-glare coating comes off rather easy. I used eye glass lenses cleaner and a micro fiber lens wipe....maybe 20 minutes.
May not be the most gentle application (75% rubbing alcohol 25% water and maybe a dash of soap) but I was careful to remove any excess of the materials surrounding screen.
looks brand new and glare is not an issue.
