Does anyone know where I can get in depth electrical diagrams for a '00 ES?

buy the service manuals at the dealership.

You can also get the repair manual (haynes or other) through your local library; and the price is right at $0.00! The basic schematics are in the back of the book.

If you need "in depth" buy the ETM , Electrical Troubleshooting Manual. Nothing comes close to it. Beware however that it is only a companion to the Service Manual and often times you will need the complete set for all electrical troubleshooting trees.
