Default Lexus R134a retrofit O ring changes?

I read the TSB released in 1998 that it says you need to change the o-ring for the high pressure side discharge hose.

here
http://www.autoacforum.com/attachmen...C001-98(1).pdf

90099–14046 Piping O–rings for discharge hose (quantity 2)

When I looked up this part number, I found this pic

The part number is on the discharge 1/2", but it is on the R12 column.

The R134 side is 90099-14120 black o-ring.

But the O.D. is different. I supposed I should still stick with the number in the TSB? Or did Lexus revised the bigger O.D. O-ring and thinks it works better for R134.. the TSB is 16 years old!
