Hello mighty lexus club, once again i am working with the timing of my 1992 ls400, I put a new belt on and all is back together, my question -- Is it possible to adjust the timing without taking off the timing belt?

My manual says to adjust the distributor, but I dont see that it is feasible to move the distributor.
