2010 RX350 Rear Wiper Change

The wife's rear wiper looks like it needs changing. Is there someplace in the manual or this forum that explains the procedure? Thanks.

it should just unclip but you have to get it from the dealership or online they dont sell it at auto part stores like most wipers

Data Pt:

Its a special wiper blade but my FLAPS in Akron, OH had one in stock for modest amt. Its a Federated store FWIW.
