Default LS400 rear carrier bushing help please

Let me start off by introducing myself, I am Lava and new to the clublexus community.

I'm having trouble replacing my rear axle carrier bushing in my 92 LS400 while following this guide (http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/suspe...abushings.html) i was able to drop the arm and take out the inner sleeve and all of the old rubber but the outer sleeve will not break free from the knuckle. i tried to press it out but i could not get the 1 inch socket to stay still (guide say 33mm but thats far too big?) i then cut slits in it with a sawzall in 4 different spots but the outer sleeve refuses to pop out i even applied heat to the knuckle with a torch to hopefully break it loose but nothing, no luck. has anyone experienced this? i really dont want to drop both knuckles. thanks.
