Default starting problems

1997 ls 400 diagnosed at shop with bad starter now has new starter new battery new alternator all connections have been checked and cleaned,starter clicks when cold after it starts usually starts fine all day then clicks in the am sometimes starts fine 3 or 4 days then clicks will jump start immediatly even with 2 amp charger.......any ides????????????? this is getting old

The parts that were installed on the car, were they factory Toyota parts, or aftermarket? Its not unheard of to get a bad starter, even though it is new. Also, it might be a good idea to check the cables that go to the battery terminals to make sure they arent corroded/separating. And check where the negative cable bolts up to, to make sure it has a good connection.

The initial thought i have when you explain the symptoms is a bad starter though...
