Anyone here know what thread size & length is used on the underside of the factory roof rack/carrier on a '10 RX 350? This is the portion running forward & aft, right where it meets the bracket securing it to the roof. 2 at each corner of the car.
Brought the car home from Halifax yesterday. Sunroof open on a hot day, look up & I can see the rusty screw heads. I can easliy replace with stainless once I know what they are.

Also.......rear license plate bolts? I'm guessing 6mm?

Your best bet is to remove the bolt and take it to Canadian Tire, Home Depot, NAPA, Fastenal, etc to have the bolt matched.

Or alternatively, order the part from dealership.

 

My thoughts too. Just brought the car home Sunday, it's in getting a bumper repaint & a thorough cleaning. Just getting anxious.
