I've actually used Dave before on my father's LS, I do like him a lot. Alexandria is a PITA for me though...

 

I know this is a reply to an old post, but I wanted to say that Mike Sanders was an outstanding service consultant at the Lexus of Glendale. I've been told that he's moved on to a dealership closer to his home. Good for him but unfortunate for me.
