Talking 200 ES300 Rear subwoofer replacement - help needed

I need to replace the rear speaker in my 2002 es300 as the subwoofer has been rattling for a while. I can see the speaker from inside the trunk, and can see it bolted down from the top side, but cannot pry up the speaker grill and don't want to damage it.

I heard I may have to take apart the back seats, but wanted to see if I could confirm that. If anyone could reply to let me know how to remove this speaker, that would be awesome.

Thanks,

Joe

You have to remove the back seat, both side "C" pillars and remove the rear package tray.

Does anyone have any breakout diagrams on removing the C pillars? I'm worried about popping the air bags.
Any pics would be great help as well..
Thanks

the airbags shouldn't extend into the c-pillar, only the upper horizontal pieces above the glass
