Can someone tell me why my brakes might be squeaking and what i can do about it? I own a 93 gs300. My brakes are brand- new! It's embarrassing, because sometimes they will squeak in front of women!, could it be my rimz?

Most likely your rotors are out of round. Have them cut.

This topic was covered on another thread,
so here it is. I hope it helps you out.

You could also try Disc Brake Anti-Squeal, it's a spray that you put on the back of the pads that dampens vibrations caused by debris. The spray is about $5 and it doesn't take long to pull your pads out and try it. This may work and would be easier to try first than the rotors.

I got new Lexus rotors, new Lexus pads with anti-squeal applied and shim kit, and I still have the squealing every now and then. Doesn't bother me much though, except that I sometimes wonder whether the sound is because my brake pads are worn out.
