Which spark plugs to get for '96 GS300?
I don't think Lexus started using iridium plugs this early, but what plugs should I go with in this car? I'm thinking either the Bosch or NGK platinums, possibly the Bosch +4 or whatever, if someone on here has tried both and found them to work better.
Also, how hard are they to get to after I get the engine cover off? Will I have to take off the throttle body?
Thanks for the help!

I have a 96LS and my car came with stock Denso Platinum plugs so you should have the same. I think Iradium plugs were used in 98 and on. I would use OEM Denso platinum if I was you. You can go with Bosch or NGK also cause they are pretty decent plugs. The +4 are a waste of money!!!! Call Steve at Carson Toyota for the plugs. He will give you a good deal. http://www.carsontoyota.com 1333 E. 223rd Street, Carson, California (310) 522-2300 (800) 90-TOYOTA
The plugs are easy to get to! You just need a deep socket attachment cause they are deep down in the valve covers.

Option
Cobra - Be watching the "Engine/Transmission" thread under the GS Forum. I'm about to dyno test the stock Iridium plugs versus the TorqueMaster plug & will post results tomorrow. The TM plugs MAY be another option for ya depending on the dyno results.
