I have a BIG crack on my side door mirror. I'm looking to replace the door mirror. I tried calling the dealer, but they wanted over $300 to replace the whole side door mirror. I got a broken plastic one, but the mirror is still good. I'm looking to fix this with my friend. can anyone help me with instruction or show me to another post that will help me replace it. Thank you.

 

My 97 LS 400 has three 10mm bolts directly behind tweeter on the door frame. You need to carefully pry molding away from window frame and dig around until you find all three bolts (may need u-joint on lower one). Gently tug the wires and seperate conectors. I removed door panel first but it looks like I did not need to. Good luck.
