Has anyone succesfully adjusted the vertical aim on the low beams (on an IS300)? I've stuck a screwdriver in there and twirled it in both directions, but nothing seems to happen. And I think my lights are definitely aimed too low.

If you've done it, which direction raises the lights and which lowers them (clockwise or counterclockwise turn of the screwdriver?)
