I recently swapped my OEM Lexus ones that were done at the 60k service for the NGK IX Iridium. I believe they are close, if not better, than the OEM one's. Iridium last's longer than platinum and NGK is a reputable company.
I believe the OEM plugs are actually the NGK Laser Iridiums... If this is the case, then the IX's are actually a step down...
a quick google suggests that my memory is correct and the OEM NGK part number is IFR6T-11, which indicates the laser cut iridium NGK plug... ngk.com (just a e-tailer for NGK spark plugs, not NGK direct) has them cheaper than most other places I've ever found: http://ngk.com/results_app.asp?AAIA=1373846
