Is the replacement simple or are there problems? Exact location?

 

The starter is located on the driver side of the engine, below the intake manifold. It isnt hard to do if you have a good set of jack stands and a floor jack. You will need to remove it from the bottom.

 

Easier if done on a lift, but I was able to remove it while on ramps/jacks. You definitely need a u-joint socket to reach/remove the 2 14mm mounting bolts. There is also a 12mm bolt that holds the power wire and a small clip-on plug that has to be removed. I just replaced the starter contacts on mine and have yet to have any starting issues. Lets see how long it lasts...
