Default Oil filter wrench

I have a 2008 GS460. Where can I get an oil filter wrench that fits the oil filter canister housing? I have also read that the housing should be torqued to 210 inch pounds. Can anyone verify this torque value?

210 inch/lb is about 17.5 ft/lbs so it seems about right. I'll double check for you.

Any autoparts store (Advance/Pep Boys etc) should carry the oil filter wrench.
You don't even need the entire wrench, just ask them for what looks like an oil filter cap. You put it on your existing wrench, it pops on and you pop it off when you are done.

I'll post a pic of mine later as I changed the oil in my 450h Sunday
