Default HELP 95 es300 Noise and Fluid Leak HELP

ok, so I went to the store, noticed a screatching noise coming from under the hood.

I thought it was just the belt so i ignored it due to the transition of winter to spring.
I got to the store, turned off car, and antifrease started dripping all over the floor! I opened the hood and noticed on the left hand side between the winsheild washer jug and the engine, there was a anti-freeze leak! I dont know what it could be not do i know how to disagnose this problem! What could it be? I drove the car home a few miles and the car was nearly on HOT, i idled slowly and it didnt hit the Hot mark. I hear the fan working fine tho. Kinda makes the car sound a little more beefy! Lol but please can anyone help me?!?!

You need to get your car check out asap. It could be a leak in the radiator(I doubt it is), a clogged up in the hose, a locked up water pump or worse case is the head gasket. The anti-freeze you see on the right side of the engine is from the overflow tank and the anti-freeze was dipping all over the drive belt caused the squealing noise.

If you have to drive the car to the shop, make sure you check the coolant level by open the radiator cap when the car is cold( don't open when it's hot). If you can not see the coolant in the radiator, top it off with water for now to keep it cool( add more anti-freeze it will leak out again) and keep your eye on the temperature gauge when you're driving.

thanks man for the help VVT-i. See i noticed the belt screatching a few days ago, didnt think anything of it tho. Whats weird is tho, when I turned the car on, i actually looked under the hood and everything was ok when i checked levels and what not. It was right when I can to the store and turned off the car did fluid literally poored all over the place and all the coolant levels went empty! It was smoking all over but i dont know what it would look like or sound like if its a gasket. Im gona go get it checked out, im just a starving college student and dont have the many hundreds im sure it would cost to repair what ever it is to be fixed lol. Oh boy, what a wonderful pain in the ***.

I lifted up the hood and it sounded to me the like the "screatching" sound was coming from a black plastic cover on the left hand side of my engine right above the belts. I could have just been hearing the belt that is right below it, but, was curuious,
where is the water pump located? And with such an abrupt drainage, does that limit the possable causes? or not really?
Thanks for all your help man!!!

And i do want to add, when i lifted the hood, it smelled like burnt anti-freeze, i know by me inhaling it, it was deffinitly not good for my health. does that limit the possability of being a gasket?

I forgot one thing. Is anybody been working on your car in the past few day? Your radiator fan is hydraulic that driven by the pressure from the power steering pump. If somebody left the pressure switch at the power steering pump disconnect your car won't have the high speed radiator fan.

Or your power steering pump burn out and don't have enough force to pump the fluid to drive the fan,but you still have the power steering. The easiest way to check is warm the engine up, your friend rev up the engine to about 2500-3000 rpm while you observe the radiator fan. The fan speed should change from low to high.

Power steering pump is fine, everything seems fine. I just started it again today and it started fine, not really any noise. But the coolant levels were low ior empty! So i added a gallon of coolant and what do u know, out it comes in a little trickle. It is landing near the back left of the engine. I dont have a lift nor can i squeeze my fat head under the car to see where its coming from. I turned on the car and let it warm a lil and it just leaks more and more. I called the mecanic and explained what the problem was over the phone and he said, it IS the water pump, and there is the leak, which is common, so i need to replace it, which is gona cost me $300.00. Is this price high? And I hear i can go buy some aluminum flake stuff to put into my radiator system to seal all the leaks! would this work? What should i do?
