My A/C/Heater is stuck on High. The climate control unit moves up and down, but regardless if I put the A/C on low through high, it blows at the highest setting. I believe I changed the blower motor relay correctly (removed the glove compartment and changed the big black relay on the passengers side panel. Once replacing it, the same problem exists. Any help would be much appreciated.... Everything is still torn apart, so should be easy to test.

There is a resistor block that goes bad.. its under the passenger side of the dash also. When this resistor block goes back, it will stay on high only. Im guessing that this is your problem.
