Default Recommend an ATF

I'm about to change the ATF for my 2000 es300 for the first time at 95k. I've had since about 65k. The fluid is still cherry red, but I'm assuming it's more or less overdue by 5k miles, right?

Does anyone have a recommendation for which brand of ATF I should get?
I was thinking of Mobil 1 synthetic ATF?
Or should I stick with OEM from my Lexus dealer?

I see. I don't have much experience with ATF as you can see. Is there any particular reason why you would choose Amsoil or OEM?

Ive always read OEM is the best, including the oil filter. I do use Mobile1 for my engine oil
