Default tool to change cbest settings ourselves?

Greetings Lex Gurus,
I'm trying to find a way to get around having to go to the dealer every time I want to tweak a cbest setting on my '03 GS. I guessing/hoping there's someone out there who has figured out how to hack toyota's proprietary (assumedly) software that allows you to make these adjustments. Also, are the cbest changes done via OBDII port? Or the funky toyota maintenence port found under the hood?
Cheers,
-j

Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust the C-Best settings without a Toyota/Lexus scan tool. The adjustments are done through the regular OBD2 port. But there is no alternative to adjusting the settings.
