Mods not sure if we can or can't discuss this so please do with the thread as you must. I have seen this product discussed on a couple of threads and they don't seem to have been banned or not.
I have read into the "Techstream MINI VCI OBD2" and wondering if anyone has used it to LPS settings at home without having to go to the dealer and pay silly prices for something that takes a few minutes. Has anyone used the devices to register new keys for their vehicle?
What are your thoughts regarding it?

Yup, lots of info available here. Techstream is the dealer software from Toyota. Runs on older 32-bit Windows laptops. To get the legal version of Techstream, you need a service subscription with Toyota.
I can offer you another option as well: use the Carista OBD2 app for Android. It uses a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter (about $10) and can change your LPS right from your Android phone or tablet. The app costs another $9.99.
