Crank No Start...NEED HELP/THOUGHTS/SUGGESTIONS
I have a '99 RX300 and as of New Year's, it cranks but no start. I have put in new radiator, starter, fuel pump, spark plugs and battery and repaired the damaged ECU. Ive cleaned the Air Control Valve and Oil Control Valves. Fuel is going to the fuel rail. I'm at a loss. The relays work and all the fuses work. Anyone else had issues like this and figured out the problem. I currently live in this car and it gets very cold out here in the Colorado weather. Every penny I make, I put into trying to troubleshoot this car and just need some guidance.
Thank you and God Bless

You aren't literally living in the car are you? If so, I am sorry, that's rough. If you are living out of it due to a job or whatever, thats another story.
Anyway, could be a broken timing belt, and that would be no good.

Maf sensor, crank sensor, cam sensor. There are lots of reasons for a crank no start. Without being there to do diagnosis, it's really hard to give anything specific. A better investment would be to get a cheap obd2 reader. Ah , scratch that you had disconnected the battery, any codes are probably gone. Wish I was living in that area I would do what I could to help. Hopefully someone helpful does live in the area.

ArmyOfOne, yes, I am literally living in the car. Long story, but I had to leave my employer due to non payment of wages. I have a new job but pays only a quarter of what I was making so it doesn't help a whole lot when paying for bus fare and car repairs.
Coleroad, mechanic diagnosed it as the ECU because there was no power going to the crankshaft sensor, fuel injectors or EFI relays.
I just got back from the auto part store with a new battery. I tried jumping it after getting the ECU hooked up since the battery was dead and the battery only registered 7 CCA out of 750. I just replaced the battery and it still cranks but still no start. I sprayed some starter fluid in there and still nothing as well.
Just need to get this thing figured out and I don't have the money to tow it to a shop and pay for the repair.
