NO power steering at low rpms
I have 95 sc300 that I just replaced power steering pump but now I don't have power steering st low rpms is very dificult to steer. Does anyone knows what is causing it?

I'm not sure on the SC's, but on the LS's there is the air control valve on the P/S Pump. It is designed to give a "boost" to the steering at low rpms. Again I'm not familiar with the SC's but maybe their similar.
