Default Timing Belt Duration

So .. the question to all you out there ...

How long have you gone before changing your timing belt?

And I'm sure theres a few people interested in hearing some horror stories just for the flip side of what could go wrong...

I can't tell whether the glass is half full or half empty ... maybe too much beer consumption...

Changed on my SC300 at 60k as rec'd. That motor is an interference motor so the consequences of belt breakage are catastrophic as far as the top end of your engine is concerned. But this question came up a while back and some folks have gone more than 90k and still feel good about the condition of their belt (s), mechanics having visually inspected them.
