Thumbs up '96 LS400 - testing oxygen sensors?

Is there a way I can test these once I remove them from the car? Some specific ohm readings they need to fall between?

Also, where do the rear oxygen sensors plug in within the cabin?

Thanks

the connectors for the post-cat o2 sensors are located beneath the front driver/passenger side carpeting.
