Default changing four o2 sensors ls400 model 2000

Ls 400 model 2000

Im thinking about changing the o2 sensors all four of them ( cause when they were cleaned the car performance was there for a day or two )

But the problem is the four sensors at my local dealer is around 636dollars all four sensors
So im wondering if if i should buy them online or should i just get them here ?

Online im having trouble finding a site that ships to bahrain
I found this one

[link removed]

But they didnt mention if its for the right side or left side before or after the
Or they're the same ?..hmmm?!

please do not post links to that site as they have been censored on this forum. Find another website to try to post links from.

How did you "clean" the o2 sensors? They are not meant to be cleaned and doing so usually ruins them.

If you're trying to save some Dinars and don't have any CEL codes, I think you should be able to skip replacing the two post-cat O2 sensors. They should not have any effect at all on how the car runs, as far as I know. The post-cat sensors are usually only used to set a code to indicate when the cat needs replacing.

pre cat or "upstream" sensors are very different from post cat or "downstream" sensors!
left to right are the same however, meaning driver side upstream is the same as the pass side upstream, etc.

do you have a CEL? replacing sensors w/o a CEL is a waste of money, bc the culprit of poor performance isn't the sensors. it may be a variety of other things!

Take a look at rockauto.com pricing.I bought four Denso "pre-cats" for my two LS400"s and paid less than $40.00 each plus shipping.Good luck.
