Default Help, alarm reset.........

I let my 90 LS400 sit too long inactive and now I cannot stop the alarm from sounding and the car will not start. The battery is less than a yr old(good, expensive battery) but it had drained from inactivity. I recharged it, but when I went to reconnect to the car the alarm sounds.

I did a search and tried the turning the key "back & forth". I tried the "unlocking from the passenger side and then unlock the trunk" method, and nothing seems to disarm the system.
Any thoughts please!!!!!!

D.K, try to lock the car with your key from the passenger side and wait for about 30 seconds until the security light flashing and unlock the car from the passenger side. Make sure all the doors are lock properly, hood closed and trunk closed.
