CEL on 2002 lx470

Got the code checked at autozone P0155 can you tell me where that is located. The sensor that is.

Some type of heater circuit 02 sensor. I think bank 2 sensor 1 or bank 1 sensor2. It said before the cats.

Oxygen sensor , Bank 2 installed in the exhaust manifold......

A 2002 may still be under emissions warranty.. check with your local Lexus dealer for advice...

 

emissions warranty is 6yr/70k miles... the O2 sensor should be covered no problem... its the sensor in the exhaust manifold, on the passenger side of the engine.

 

I just called lexus to find out about the O2 sensors it is part of the Basic warranty 4yrs/50k. I guess I will be paying for this. I fall in the year but not the miles 63k.

Don't know if I want to tackle this Lexus says 400.00 for the job.

I can get the Denso sensor for 97.00 each. Maybe I'll do that and put it in myself.

 

If it was before the cat, then it would be bank 2 sensor 1. Not sure about the placement in your vehicle. Stick with the Denso.
